Matrix™ Electronic Measuring System
Matrix is a computer driven, electronic measuring system. The Matrix computer is programmed to automatically measure the vehicle for you.
- Complete:
Matrix was designed from the top down. We designed the underhood measuring first. This insured that the system would be complete with the ability to measure upperbody and underbody.
- Proven:
Matrix measuring uses industry proven CCD camera measuring technology. CCD cameras are used by hundreds of industries in thousands of applications. This proven technology is both accurate and reliable.
- Simple:
Matrix measuring uses smart targets. The smart targets have a built-in infrared signal that tells the system which targets you are using and their location. Set-up time is greatly reduced.
- Seeing is Believing:
Matrix measuring lets you actually watch the computerized tracking system acquire the smart target. Other systems use technology that can't be verified. When the X is on the bulls' eye, you and the measuring system are assured of accuracy.
- Robotic:
Simply place any smart target in any control point and tell the computer to do its work. The robotic program finds the points, acquires the targets and measures the vehicle. Robotic programming lets you do your work while the robotic system measures.
- Automatic:
The Matrix computer is programmed to automatically square and calibrate the measuring system to the damaged vehicle. This program known as the transformation algorithm allows you to measure without clamping the vehicle. Estimating is now quick and easy.
